Growing up in the middle of England, having never visited America, the cultural phenomenon of the American Cowboy has always fascinated me, as has the landscape and lifestyle surrounding it. Wanting to be surrounded by it, but without any means of traveling to America, I set out to see how close I could get, without boarding a plane.
